Cancellation Policy

Daughters of Elijah (DOE) Intensives Policy **Purpose** The Daughters of Elijah Intensives are designed to equip Believers with biblical training and spiritual empowerment to walk in wholeness, authority, and purpose. Each intensive focuses on themes that provide both teaching and guided application through the Word of God. 1. Participation & Conduct * All participants are expected to maintain a spirit of respect, love, and unity throughout each intensive. * Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward facilitators or fellow participants will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session. * Participants agree to uphold confidentiality regarding any personal testimonies or sensitive information shared within the group. 2. Registration & Attendance * Registration must be completed prior to the start of each intensive. * Each registration is non-transferable. * Attendance for the full duration of each session is encouraged to ensure participants receive the full benefit of the training. 3. Payment & Refund Policy * Payment for each intensive (webinar or live training) is due at the time of registration. * Refunds will only be issued if an intensive is canceled by the DOE. * If a participant cannot attend after registering, credit may be applied toward a future *Daughters of Elijah Intensive*, subject to approval. 4. Recording & Media * All sessions (online and in-person) are the property of Daughters of Elijah Ministries and may be recorded for training or promotional purposes. * Participants are not permitted to record, duplicate, or distribute any session materials or recordings without written consent. * By attending, participants consent to the possible use of their image or voice in media related to the ministry unless otherwise stated in writing. 5. Spiritual Disclaimer The Daughters of Elijah Intensives are Christ-centered trainings focused on spiritual growth and biblical equipping. They are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical treatment, or mental health services. Participants are encouraged to seek professional support when needed while engaging the biblical principles taught throughout the intensives. 6. Liability Disclaimer By registering for and attending a Daughters of Elijah Intensive, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in faith-based instruction and agree to hold harmless Daughters of Elijah Ministries, its facilitators, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation.
